Open House Rules

For the protection of our properties and safety of our agents, all agents who hold open houses on Turnstone properties, must follow the following easy rules:

1. Agents must arrive at the agreed upon start time and must stay until the agreed finish time, regardless of activity.

2. Any signs and banners must be taken down and the house left clean for the next showing.

3. If the listing agents sign is removed, it must be replaced.

4. The unit must be locked, all windows closed and left safe and secure.

5. When leaving, please check to be sure the lock box is closed and the key is in the lock box.

2. If special terms, a letter of summary from the buyer’s agent.

3. All contact information from Buyer’s agent.

4. A commission breakdown.

5. Proof and source of funds.

6. Pre-qualification from Buyers’ lender.

7. Contact information for Buyer’s lender.

8. Seller’s choice of services.
